Mechanical energy is a type of energy that is a moving energy.What I mean by that is It has to do with how a car for instance or a soccer ball move.There are two different kinds of mechanical energy Potential and kinetic.So let’s start off with Potential energy and then we can move on to Kinetic.Potential energy is a piece of matter thet wants to move but can’t because something is in the way.So that object (or piece of matter) has potential energy because it could potentialy move.For instance, if there is a bike on a ramp and you put your hand on the wheel it would have potential energy.Now let’s move on to Kinetic energy.Kinetic energy is when an object is actually moving.So pretend the bike is back at the top of the ramp again, and it starts out with potential energy but when you let go of the bike right when it starts moving it turns in to kinetic energy.Another thing is Mechanical energy is all around you in every day life you just might not know it.Just think about it,When somebody bounces a ball there using potential and kinetic Energy.Or when somebody starts to walk but then stops again they’re using potential and kinetic energy.Well’ I told you about Mechanical energy and that was my job for this draft so see you next post

Tae Kwon Do is a martial art that can take 3-5 years to get your blackbelt.It is a pretty fun thing to learn but really it is to learn how to defend yourself.You can break boards, and learn how to spar (fight with pads) and learn patterns.Patterns are a series of moves that all come together to make a pattern.Also when we do a move or strike we don’t go HY-AAAA!! We just keyup or yell.So next time your watching a martial arts movie remember it’s not all real.Another thing is you can just learn how to do all those cool moves like I said it takes a while to get your black belt.There are three main organizations of Tae Kwon Do,ITF,WTF,and,ATA.Personally I’m in the ITF, which I think is the best  organization.Well, I told You about it now how about you learn it and tell others!!!
