Tae Kwon Do is a martial art that can take 3-5 years to get your blackbelt.It is a pretty fun thing to learn but really it is to learn how to defend yourself.You can break boards, and learn how to spar (fight with pads) and learn patterns.Patterns are a series of moves that all come together to make a pattern.Also when we do a move or strike we don’t go HY-AAAA!! We just keyup or yell.So next time your watching a martial arts movie remember it’s not all real.Another thing is you can just learn how to do all those cool moves like I said it takes a while to get your black belt.There are three main organizations of Tae Kwon Do,ITF,WTF,and,ATA.Personally I’m in the ITF, which I think is the best  organization.Well, I told You about it now how about you learn it and tell others!!!

The first Superbowl was held on Jan. 15 ,1967,but before that all there was were championships.Ever since then it’s been one of the biggest sporting spectacle in America.The first 2 teams to be in the Superbowl were the Green bay Packers and the Kansas City Chiefs.The Green Bay Packers dominated the game and won the game.Every super bowl is on a Sunday,They call it Superbowl Sunday.There are  32 football teams that fight to get to the top and make to the Superbowl.But before they get there they have to get through  the post season,and make it past the playoffs.Personally, my favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys but YOU should watch some football and pick your team.Never be afraid to wear your team colors,and enjoy the game!

Today I want to talk to you about respect.Respect to your community.If you don’t respect your own town,then that’s kind of like saying you don’t care about where you live.I mean if I were you I would I would want to help at least once a week.Just think about it you don’t have that much to do just pick up trash that you see and stuff like that.You should always help with local fundraisers and food banks no matter what time of the year it is, and give back to your community.Finally respect the world if don’t respect the world then shame on you.So please recycle and do anything you can to help the earth.You have my opinion,what about yours!

Today I want to talk to you about Alaska. Alaska was the 49th state and is known as the last frontier. I was born in Anchorage, Alaska and I lived in Seward and Fairbanks, Alaska. Alaska is home to the biggest mountain in North America, Denali (Mount McKinley). It is home to many other extraordinary sights. There are many different animals including: moose, bears, caribou, sea lions, seagulls, seals, whales, puffins, wolves and other amazing animals. Alaska is the largest state but it doesn’t have the largest population. There are only 700,000 people living there. We also don’t live in igloos. As a matter of fact I lived in a three story house. We also had all the new electronics like playstation, xbox and wii. It is not always cold, I mean yes it does get cold down to -60 degrees. But it does get up to 80 degrees in the summer. They have one of the biggest salmon runs in the world. And I also like to fish myself. Well that’s What I have to say,What about you.(comment on this post)
